My Story
Welcome! I’m a proud homeschool mom to 3 wonderful children, and I’ve been guiding their educational journeys from pre-K all the way to high school graduation and beyond. It has truly been a blessing to play such an integral role in their education and daily lives. While it has come with its challenges, the experience has been deeply rewarding, full of growth, joy, and connection.
With nearly 30 years of experience in education, I’ve taught in both public and private schools, and have also been involved in children's church, Sunday School, youth ministry, and local homeschool co-ops. Over the years, I’ve shared my passion for homeschooling by offering consultations, advocacy, and guidance to empower parents to confidently navigate their own homeschooling journeys, tailored to the unique needs of their children.
As a Florida-certified teacher, I’ve been providing homeschool portfolio evaluations for over 20 years, supporting homeschooling families as they make informed educational choices. Additionally, I am a dedicated advocate for students with special needs, ensuring that all learners, regardless of ability, have access to the resources and support they need to thrive and be as successful as they can be.
I’m passionate about helping parents at every stage of their homeschooling journey by providing encouragement, expert advice, and resources to help them succeed. It’s a joy and an honor to be part of this vibrant homeschooling community and to do what I love most: supporting families in building a meaningful and effective education at home.
Understanding what homeschool parents truly need and want in a standardized assessment, I’ve carefully sought out stress-free, flexible testing options that align with my personal standards as a homeschooling mom. Through PEP Testing, I’m proud to offer testing solutions that respect parents’ choices and provide a seamless, supportive experience for homeschool families.
